I've decided that I am going to pour all of my extra time into getting into better shape and in doing that I am using MFP as a motivator and I've called it "my new facebook." All the time I waist on that site is now going to be used in a positive way. I started dieting in January. I am 5'11" I started out at my heaviest EVER 308 pounds. I'm currently down to 268. I'm so happy to be making progress and the progress I have made is just encouraging me to make more progress.

I have struggled with my weight my whole life. Its time for a change.

I'm excited about making friends on here to share my triumphs with and to find encouragement from when I am having setbacks.
