Okay, I've had a few I haven't posted. I've only been on this diet and exercising for a little over 3 weeks and I've lost 10.5 lbs. The day before yesterday I put on the pair of pants that made me decide to get fit (I bought them a couple months ago and they fit & then a little over 3 weeks ago I could barely button them and I had a serious muffin top standing up. And they were size 13...) anyways, I put them on the day before yesterday and they fit and they button. Granted, if I sit down I still have a muffin top but not standing up (: And they were like that when I bought them (I've never been able to sit down without hanging over.)
Then, today the pants I've been measuring my loss in (different pair) my love handles don't hang over the sides anymore and they are lose! I mean I have ripples in them in the legs and below the butt! :X I've really been working hard on my hiney, and this is probably TMI but when I was showering and washing my hiney is more perky! That is exciting to me. It will be my best feature again (:
And just about an hour ago I got a craving...It shocked me. I was craving pinto beans with hot peppers and onions. So, I made it. I ate a little and I could tell that was exactly what my body was needing and I finally got close to my calorie goal. I've had a problem with being under. I feel like I'm more in tune to what my body needs. And it just shocked me that I had a craving for something healthy. You really can program your body to be healthy. I guess my body was finally like, "Well, she's serious now!" Took it a few weeks, but I think my body is getting on board. lol.

Nice! Those are some good ones. NSVs are almost more fun than the weigh-in, I think - so cool to see the way your body is changing. I spent my whole kickboxing class tonight hiking up my pants that previously barely fit properly - it was annoying, but exciting at the same time.

Awesome! And I hear that. I'm on my 3rd pair of workout pants in 3 weeks. lol. And I'm worried they are gonna fall down when I run. lol.0
