New to the Forum but not the app!

Hi my name is Mandi, I started using the app a while a go really just as a food diary while attending Slimming World. Well this month I have decided to leave SW and join the local sports centre and MFP instead. I have been suffering with tendinitis in my knee since February and the activities I do at the sports centre seem to be really helping so 2 birds with one stone so to speak.
Anyway I have done SW a very long time so seem to be doing a blend still do a lot of SW ways, but it seems to be working :) I totally love the app great for keeping on track!
