Worry about 1st week weight loss

Hi everyone,
I'm just looking for a little reassurance that my body hasn't decided to eat itself instead of all my fat. I tried to lose a stone a few months ago through exercise and healthy eating and got to 63kg but for the next two months could not get down to my goal of 60kg (which I used to be two years ago). It was very very frustrating as it was obvious physically that I still had weight to lose.
So I gave up out of low motivation. I kept on some exercise and ate a good deal healthier but didn't stop myself having the odd Chinese or popcorn and malteasers at the cinema. So this went on for three months and my weight crept back up to 66kg.
Two weeks ago I felt the impending doom that is my wedding dress fittings looming over me. I decided that even if I couldnt get beyond 63kg that's it's better to be that half a stone lighter. So for the first week I started to exercise more and eat a lot healthier and lost 1 pound. A friend of mine chatted to me over the weekend and said it was worth seeing if I had a wheat intolerance considering how my weight loss stalled the last time so suggested I remove bread and pasta from my diet for a week just as a trial.
I thought what harm could it be so replaced any pasta or white rice in my diet with brown rice. I also cut out my morning toast replacing it with porridge with a mixed seed topping and also removed the bread from my meat sandwich and added a salad instead.
Well this week folks I lost 5 pounds. My stomach has shrunk. My OH commented yesterday that even when I was 60kg my stomach didn't look that slim. So great yay! I lost half a stone in two weeks. And this is where my worry started. That weight loss is waaaaay to fast. I don't want to lose muscle mass.
So I guess my worry is one of two things, that I've done something wrong with my diet eating too little etc, or I do have a wheat intolerance in which case that weight loss is probably an indicator of that and I should go to an allergy specialist to confirm it. In the second case I'm very sad cause that means no more pizza
TL;DR lost a half stone in one week after cutting out bread and pasta. Worried my weight loss is unhealthy.

Don't panic! That is normal, and you haven't done anything wrong. The first week I cut out gluten I lost 5lbs. Your body simply isnt meant to consume as much gluten as we do. Your body is shedding excess toxins and water. No worries! You're on the right track. If you feel better without gluten then keep with it. If you aren't allergic or have any GI issues than sometimes indulge if you feel like it and have a small portion of something with gluten. If you're worried go to a doctor, but I can tell you that after seeing mine and my PT they both said it was my body rejoicing from the lack of gluten! Good luck! you're doing great! Feel free to add me0

Cutting out bread and pasta isnt unhealthy. You can get your carbs from other sources like fruit and vegetables. Its not unusual to have a 5 pound loss after what you did. As long as you are eating enough and healthy, thats all that matters. I have to warn you, though....the 5 pound loss probably wont carry over into the following week. But if you still lose something, you are doing ok.0
