Do you let your children have Kelloggs and Nestle breakfast cereals - things like Krave and Frosties? Or do you religiously check the sugar content of your children's food?

Well, I dunno if I'm allowed to answer because I don't have children yet lol. But when I was growing up, my mom bought us things like chex, Cheerios, bran flakes, etc. Never anything sugary. So that's what I'm used to. The cereals that are super high in sugar don't even sound appealing to me and I know they aren't healthy, so I sorta doubt I'd buy them for my future kids.

My kids get multigrain Cheerios. My oldest daughter turned down cocco puffs while we were staying at someone's house. A few times a month she gets waffles which probably more than makes up for it based on the amount of syrup.

I would put Cheerios in the sugary category!

They get sugary cereal sometimes. We actually don't eat cereal for breakfast all that often. When I do buy it, we usually have plain cheerios or plain kix. My husband has a soft spot for cinnamon toast crunch, but I only buy it if he specifically asks.
