This might be stupid question but.....
When you check your macro, you check them from the pie chart or from the Nutrient Details that summarize your food intake in gram? I usually check the pie chart until today, I tried to filled up the protein and saw that in Nutrient Details I am already over Protein and Fat already-it is in minus with red color, yet the percentage of the protein in the pie chart is still under its limit. So which one should I take a look to see if I go over/under?

I think you've already answered yourself.
As you've found, the nutrition details provides your info compared to your daily goals. The pie chart just gives you your current ratio of carbs, protein & fat for the day. I personally wouldn't worry much about it day to day. I do use the pie charts to look for trends. If I go back a week or two and see my ratios are out of balance I try to make adjustments.0 -
I never really look at that aspect of my diary, haven't found the need to.0
