I dunno how accurate these are but here's a website of a lady and her weight loss journey + a whole bunch of restaurants and their nutrition facts..

    Thank you so much!!!

I just looked at Fazoli's nutrition facts on there and they are correct, so I'm assuming the rest are, too.

glad to be of help. I like it cuz they're all available on one page...

trying to decide where to have dinner tonight.
  • what are the numbers next to the nutritional information?

    i.e. the 3 after the parentheses... Guacamole [3 oz] (130 cal/10 g fat/3 g fiber/7 g carbs) 3
  • This is a great website! I just looked at the FAQ's and it said the numbers at the end are for Weight Watchers.

Thanks for posting this - but how depressing; most of these meals have mega calories and fat, even the ones like chicken and salads. :noway:

This site has some good information, but one glaring omission. I looked up Applebee's since that is one restaurant I regularly eat at, and there is no information on SODIUM--which is must for many of us who have to watch their consumption. I don't know if that is true of the data for all the different restaurants, but if it is, it limits the value of the site for me.

glad most of u liked it. sorry I couldn't answer the points questions earlier.

And yes it is very disappointing that pretty much everything is unhealthy when dieting, I came across this when trying to decide where to go eat out with my bf and boy...there was no place that was actually any where near healthy. :grumble:
