30-DS question

I am starting 30-DS on Monday. I reviewed the youtube video and some other sites for information on it. Is it correct that you do this 10 days in a row with no day of rest???? That would be 30 days with no rest for your muscles. I was kind of shocked that Jillian advocates no day of rest for your muscles since the majority of fitness trainers say to take 5 days on and 2 days when exercising.

What has everyone else done while doing this? 30 days in a row or did you take days off for rest? Please advise. Thank you. :flowerforyou:
