Loving this site... it's so helpful to a ridiculously anal person like myself (USAF active duty military member and computer programmer to boot... scary and often frustrating combination :d)

My goals are simple: Doing a basic recomp using Leangains' version of Intermittent Fasting. Then maybe a slow/clean bulk afterwards.

Basically 2600 cals M, W, F (workout days), 1800 on off-days.

Been going pretty good the last couple days, thanks especially to this site I think.

Looking forward to a long relationship with the tools here. :)
