Ab Ripper X - every day?

I recently started doing Ab Ripper X every other day (in addition to cardio and some weight training), but I think I want to start doing it every day. Is it false information that it's bad to do the same workout every day? I mix up the other things I do, but I particularly like this ab routine. So far I've been seeing some pretty great results with it.

I know it's good to mix it up just to keep the muscles "confused." That said, abs are the one muscle group that can be worked everyday from the reading I've done. My thought, if you like it and it's working, go with it. Your body will tell you if it gets bored and you can adjust then.0

I think that is wildly unnecessary. There's no need to do it every day.0

You don't need to do it every day! I wouldn't. It's too much. It's a hard workout and your muscles need the rest to build. A good compromise would be to split up the routine and only do 2-4 of the workouts every day. That way the other muscle groups can rest and repair.0
