Hey everyone,

My name is Matt and I am new to this whole calorie counting thing. In fact, I've never had to do any kind of dieting at all, but now that I'm 25 my metabolism is starting to slow, and with the mix of me working on 3rd shift, I don't exactly have the healthiest lifestyle causing me to gain 45 pounds in two years, but that is about to change.

I started this topic to gain support from you guys, and hopefully you will let me support you as well! If interested send me a friend request!
