It's more than .2 pounds!

July 14th, 2012 that is when I hit 190.0- so happy, however, my weigh date was a couple of days after I had been sick and I do believe that was not an accurate weight since within the next month it went back to 192.6 and jumped between this and 191.8. I so thought I was NEVER going to see the 180's! I hit a plateau and thought I was never getting off. That changed this morning! I got on the scale and it read 189.6...I thought no that can not be right... so I let it reset and checked several more times...I finally read on 4 different times 189.8! No longer can I say I weigh 190 something! I am now able to say I weigh 180 something! So to me this .2 pounds is so much more then .2 pounds. It tells me that since I WAS weighing in around the 192 area this is more like a 2.2 loss since I never corrected the amount on my profile. I did that for me as an encouragement to get there again no matter what it took. I upped my calories back at the beginning of August, I started bike riding around that time too along with my walks, and last week began some strength training in my upper body- gotta get my arms looking good for family pics in mid September! Not sure if this plateau is behind me right now or not but this morning its all about that .2. That .2 freedom from the 190's!

    wonderful! hang in there and keep doing what you are doing. Also, you probably already know this but also track with photos and measuring tape. find and read the thread about being on MFP 600 plus days and look at the photos. her story will inspire you to keep on keepin on! :)
