Dealing with pain while overweight...

sure doesn't help, but I want to restart my life and get it back! I talk a great fight and I struggle so hard to lose
weight. This time, I *HAVE* to follow my own positive words and make a change in my own life and eating
habits! I sure could use some friends who also need positive words (and virtual hugs) from time to time!
