What were your 30 day shred results?

Looking for some inspiration Wondering what your starting points were (age, height, weight, inches) and what you were after 30 day shred! Did you do anything else while doing shred? (ie, count calories, drink more water, other fitness programs?) I'm going to be starting this Monday and just interested in seeing what other's results were! Pics very welcomed
I'm a little nervous because I heard people say that they lost weight/inches with the shred but then gained it back because they weren't as active but still ate the same as when they were doing it. Did you notice this? Do you have to do it every day after the 30 days to maintain?

I'm only on day 6 but u can already see more definition in my arms! The rest of me is sore but haven't noticed a difference yet. Took pics before I started and will take more on days 10, 20 and 30 for motivation along the way. I do it everyday . I hope it works good haven't lost anymore pounds but I'm already at 120 and I'm 5'4 so it wouldn't bother me if I didn't lose weight I just really want to tone and sculpt which seems to be what's happening!0
