Tracking Sugar and Not Eating Much Fruit

I started tracking my sugar intake two weeks ago and it has really been helping but I find that I don't eat as much fruit as I used to. I no longer drink orange juice either. Should I worry about my vitamin intake? I thought about taking a multi-vitamin but would rather get it through food.

You can get the nutrients in other foods. I guess it just depends on if you are eating other healthy foods in replacement of fruit.0

I don't worry about sugar in fruit - just the added stuff in sweets. Natural fruit is good for ya.0
