Delicious Brownie Cookies with pumpkin
You've probably heard about weight watchers chocolate muffins/brownies made by using cake mix and pumpkin instead of oil and eggs, I made these for awhile but noticed they seemed doughy inside, probably due to the high moisture in the pumpkin, anyway I now make brownie cookies, also I don't add water, they cook evenly and are moist but not raw inside, I use Ghirardelli triple brownie mix from Costco, I mix one bag of brownie mix with one can of pumpkin and bake them for about 35 to 38 min's. they are low fat and loaded with vitamin A. they are about 151 calories each. they are in the data base as; Ghiradelli - Triple Chocolate Brownies (Made With Pumpkin, No Oil, No Eggs), 1/4 cup (35g), 2 inch brownie

That's an amazing idea!! Does it work with any kind of mix? Like, could I use a plain chocolate cake mix?0
