Hii guys! What do you think about doing c25k and 30 day shred together. Like run in the morning and 30DS at night?

i think that doing them seperately would be fine, i know that there is alot of people that do that. As far as abs I suggest plank, stability ball crunches, weighted side bends, and using ab machines in the gym. For legs, you need to lift heavy for these ones, squats, lunges, hip adduction, hip abduction, leg extensions, leg curls, calf raises, there is this one called butt blaster and it works really well, plie squats with weights.0
