Help with setting activity level and calorie goal

A bit of background- last year I lost 27 pounds on my own, in January I started working with a trainer 2-3 times a week and using MFP. In that time I've put 16 pounds back on. I don't know why but I lost all motivation with my diet. I don't like exercise but I have been pleased at feeling fitter and am always surprised that I can do more than I think I can in the gym. I started strength training six weeks ago and I am enjoying that. Now I need to get my food sorted out. I need to lose at least another 66 pounds, maybe a bit more depending on how I feel when I get there.

I set my activity level as sedentary and MFP gave me 1390 calories to lose 1 pound a week. I struggle to stick to that as I do often feel hungry. Should I change my activity levels to give me more calories? The reason I chose sedentary is because I'm not consistent with my exercise- something else I am trying to work on.

On a typical day I eat oats with coconut milk for breakfast, salad with chicken and avocado for lunch, then chicken or fish with vegetables for dinner. Snacks are almonds, apples, natural yogurt with berries, and protein shakes. I slip up with chocolate and wine. I don't like cooking either so often end up getting something unhealthy from the shop instead of cooking.

I am 5 foot tall and MFP says my BMR is 1531. Can anyone advise me?

Thanks for reading a long post!
