depends on how much you wear them and what the purpose you wearing them for. I have a set that I wear on my wrist or ankles , I can definitely tell the difference when I take them off. I wear them just to help give me some extra workout while I do my everyday stuff.0

I cannot emphasizwe enough on weights I love weights . You want to burn fat the fastest way is to lift weight while to incorporate weights into your journey you will gain muscle, muscle burns fat and after using weights your muscles will continue to burn calories while they try to recover from a workout . You like to eat lift weights I do 3x a week in a body pump class . Google body pump it can educate you on what it is and how much you can burn in calories in one class. The average person that weighs 155 can burn in between 560- 600 in one session . The heavier you are the more you burn hope this helps
Love life, eat clean, Train HARD, Push Foward .0 -
