C-section belly

I had three c-sections in four years time. I have been losing weight all over the place, but I can't seem to get rid of my lower belly (right above my scar). It feels pretty hard to the touch. Could this be scar tissue? Any tips on how to make it smaller? I think I could wear lots of smaller clothes if it weren't so big.

Oh, and if it matters, my youngest is 10 months old, and that area still seems to be pretty numb yet.
(BTW, I didn't lose all my 80 pounds after my youngest was born. My ticker reflects my whole journey before my last two kids.)0 -
I would ask your OBGYN. Im sure he/she could answer that question to a T.0
