Yogurt Dots 2.0 with Picture and calorie counts
I loved the idea of yogurt dots so I thought I would get creative with the concent. We were having some company and three of us are dairy free, so I created some Yogurt Dots 2.0 yummies. Everyone, including those who could eat dairy loved them. I use So Delicious Coconut Milk yogurt, but you could use any favorite yogurt.

- chopped nuts (I used almonds, pepitas and sunflower seeds)
- peanut butter in 1/4 teaspoon mounds
- energy bars cut into 8 pieces ( I used LaraBars)
- strawberries sliced thickly and blueberries to garnish
Preparation:
1. Chop nuts and dried fruits. Wash and dry strawberries and blueberries. Slice the strawberries thickly. Cut energy bars into 8 equal pieces
2. Make small indentations in the energy bar pieces with your finger, knuckle, or the back of a 1/4 teaspoon measuring spoon
3. Place the whole dried fruit, sliced strawberries, prepared energy bar cups and little mounds of peanut butter onto a wax paper lined plate or tray.
4. Fill the energy bar cups with yogurt. Pipe or spoon 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon yogurt onto the apricots, strawberry slices and peanut butter mounds
5. Garnish with chopped nuts, dried fruit or fresh blueberries
6. Freeze for at least 30 - 60 minutes
Enjoy!
