Hi there everyone! I was wondering if anybody could answer a quick question. When doing a strength training/sculpting dvd my mom says her joints make a "krackle" noise. Especially in her knees and shoulders. I have noticed that if I have not done strength training (I do ChaLean Extreme also) in a few days my shoulder joints "krackle" at first but then are fine. No pain, just a noise. Is this normal? I have heard that it is just cartilage buildup in the joint, but is that all? Thanks in advance!

Yes, it's normal. Not just cartilage but ligaments move around, and air pockets get released, regardless of your activity. I crack constantly.
