I would recommend using a pre-made routine designed by a fitness professional. The combination of lifts you do and the order you do them is pretty important. Focusing on one group of muscles at a time is best. I would also recommend a book like New Rules of Lifting for Women, or the Women's Health Big Book of exercises.0
