Over the Hump ....literally

On the trail where I often run, there is a steep overpass that crosses over a major road. Ever since I started running (this go round), I have run partially up the hill, but have had to walk the rest of the way. This morning, I ran all the way up and over the overpass, continued to my turnaround point, ran back, and up and over that sucker AGAIN! I know that is a small NSV....but I'll take 'em where I can get em!

Small...are you crazy??? This is huge and you should be yelling it from the top of that damn hill. LOL. Great job and this is no small conquering lady!
