So, Im in this for the long haul. When I first started (last year) my goal was to hit 175 lbs, since then I fell off the bandwagon completely and ended up now even heavier, at a whopping 223 lbs. Last week I started dieting again, I'm taking Alli, not to help me lose fat I'm eating and to allow myself to cheat, but instead to force me to make the right eating choices until I can get into a routine and form a habit to eat healthier. There is a difference this time though....I'm serious! I'm so sick of this weight and yoyo dieting and I'm determined to make a life change to get healthy. And to add to that, I no longer want to make it to 175lbs, I have decided that I really need to be healthy, so my goal is to make it 130-145, somewhere in there, I will find out the exact number when it comes to that time. I have a bigger build anyways (wide hips, "big bones"), so I think I will look silly and starving if I try to go any lower. So looks like I've got 78-93 pounds to lose, I would love to have some friends who are bigger like me and are determined to succeed this time! We can swap encouragement. Add me
Good luck to you all!!!!!!
