What is your favorite "Cheat Meal?"

Options
I try to allow myself one or two cheat meals a week because as long as it's not a binge it won't affect my progress. My favorite unhealthy treat to have is cookie dough. If I could I would live off it, and no matter how healthy I eat I'm still going to have some every once in a while. Also I'd like to ask if you find yourself binging when you have a treat, and how long does it usually take for you to get back on track?

    No such thing as a cheat meal for me

    ...except maybe deep dish pizza. So bad for you but sooo good, and it's all over the place here in Chicago.

    Hey, hannah. It has to be pizza. I'll eat half a pie and rationalize it as a way to elevate leptin. I can get back on track the next day.

    Ice cream. Love it, and I allow myself one day a week to have it. I just make sure to burn off the excess calories beforehand! If I don't burn then I can't eat it. That's my golden rule

    I have two: Pizza and anything from my favorite Mexican restaurant...especially their guacamole!
