Hi everyone, I just joined today after my fabulous friend told me she lost 24lbs using this site! I'm inspired, motivated and looking for friends to help keep it going. Any advice???

    i'm also new to MFP.. not that easy ...so far. only been doing it for a week and half.. so dont have any advice yet, but all i could say is WE have to keep up with it...
