A tip to help with binging

Today I noticed that I've been binging a lot lately, so I came up with an idea to help me keep track of my "good" and "bad" days. I found a calendar for this month and I'm going to start highlighting the bad days with pink, and the good days with yellow so I know how often I binge. I'm going to reward myself with something non food related at the end of each month if I have under four bad days. I just thought it was a good idea and I wanted to share with you! :)
