I typically weigh my meat after preparation and was wondering if there is an entry for Chicken breast cooked in the oven. i'm assuming most calories on packaging is for the raw chicken breast. so i just want to make sure i'm calculating right as my protein intake has become very important lately.

Yes, search for:
chicken breast roasted meat only
(assuming it's boneless/skinless)
However, it's my opinion that weighing before cooking is more accurate if accuracy matters to you. Cooked weights vary significantly based on how much you cook, or overcook, the chicken breast. A perfectly cooked, moist chicken breast will weigh more than an overcooked dry breast, yet the nutrition content will not change - only the water content varies. Raw weights are much less variable in this way.0 -
