I forced my self today to face reality. I got on the scale and what i saw did not shock me, which in itself scared me. I mean most people would be shocked if they realized that they tipped the scale at 326 pounds.
Im Married with a 2 year old son, and im realizing that I dont have the energy to play with him like i used to. I have always been heavy. in 2007 I lost 60 pounds with weight watchers but gained back all of it plus a few more when i got pregnant with my son. he wants wants me to play with him but all i want to do is sit, because I just dont have the energy for him.
Its sad that i let my self go now its time to get my life back. I want to be a personal trainer and work with people who are in my situation. I know that if i want to do it i have to get my health back. it wont be easy in 2011 i had my throid removed so losing weight will be harder but i will not use it as an excuse anymore to not try.
a few months ago a doctor told me that with out gastric bypass or the banding I will not lose the weight Im here to prove him wrong, and my self right. Im doing this for my me and my family. I have a 2 year old that needs his mommy.
i would love to make friends here for support please feel free to add me, i would love to hear from you.
bye for Now
P.S. if you see another post similer to this im sorry but they told me there was a problem posting the other one so I had to redo it

You have come to the right place and welcome. This process takes both time and perseverance, but it can be don e. There re many people that have been able to prove their doctors wrong and if you stick with it you will be able to add your name to the list in the coming months. Good luck!0
