Hi everyone,
I haven't been dieting very long and so far I have lost each week. However this week I haven't lost anything and I'm really disappointed as I have tried really hard. I don't understand why I haven't lost and was wondering if it had anything to do with the heat? It's suddenly got very hot this week -does your body retain water in the heat?

It happens.
Yes the calculations say that you should lose 1lb per week or whatever every week but it rarely happens like that in reality
Just keep going, you said yourself you haven't been at it long, it takes time.0
