BBQ Sauce Recommendations...

Hi everyone,

I just saw a great recipe for a BBQ chicken pizza recipe. The crust is made from cauliflower and cornmeal (which is great with me being gluten intolerant!)....the only part I'm struggling with is the BBQ sauce. I know most BBQ sauces on the market are loaded with tons of sugar and that's the last thing I want to put into my body. Does anyone have a good low-sugar BBQ sauce recipe or a recommendation for a bottled BBQ sauce that's lower in sugar? Thank you in advance and if you're interested, I'd be happy to share the recipe and my reviews!

    Diet coke! Yummy!

Boil up a can (or more if needed) of diet cola, garlic, a tablespoon of tomato paste/purée, chilli to taste and maybe a beef stock cube. Boil until ir's reduced and sauce consistency. I use it on chicken, to make chilli, on burgers etc

This makes one cup of sauce and stores up to a week in the fridge. 42 calories in the entire cup of sauce.

1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
    2 tablespoons white vinegar
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon mustard powder
    2 teaspoons chopped parsley
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
