Just found out a month ago how much I love running.
Jogging, sprinting, fast pace, 20,30, 40 minutes... It doesn't matter...it just fells awesome when I'm done...
If you share the love, please friend me, or let me friend you....either or...
Need some motivation not to quit...ever...

I'm with you - running is amazing! I particularly love a good speed session with some 'angry music' on the ipod if I've had a manky day. I felt like I'd turned a corner when I did that instead of having a bottle of wine after an awful meeting at work.

My first race is on Oct 7th. I'm not really a great runner yet, but I'm giving it the old college try!0

No races yet.... I thought of tough mudder, but I prefer to stay alive a little longer... Lol

I'm not a fast runner. I have a half sept 2nd at Disneyland, 10miler Disney world, 5k oct 6th color run Iowa, and best race goofy challenge in jan! I run to finish and don't get worried about a PR most of the time. Never run a tough mudder it doesn't interest me at this pony maybe in the future. Right now I'm loving Run Disney!0

Feel free to add me. I've been running for a year and have run 2 half marathons and 1 5k. I'm learning as I go along!0

I'm a distance runner working her way back up to long distances after back surgery last year. Half marathon is my max, at least at the moment. And I'm a "slow and steady" girl... PR is only 10:09/mile.0
