Holiday Persimmon Smoothie

This is wonderful holiday themed smoothie to take advantage of all the persimmons available now!

2 large Fuyu persimmons (about 350-400g)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 small container 2% fage or other greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp ground flax
1/16-1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

Blend and enjoy! Makes 24 oz.
