So I'm wondering if already made protein shakes are actually good for you or is it better to get a protein powder? I usually get the EAS Carb Control already made shakes. It's like $5 for 4 in my local Walmart. It's fairly cheap and there aren't any carbs or sugar but still tastes good.
Does anyone have a protein powder they really like with low carbs and sugar or do you have any already made protein shakes that you just live by? I'm not really looking to order online, I'd rather go to a store and purchase. Thanks!
