Self-Sabotage

I work out. I really do, it is not the easiest thing in the world to do and some would even say it sucks. I feel better throughout my day when I have time to really work out in the morning and do the reps I am looking for the mileage on the bike that makes me feel like I am doing super. I just go throughout the day feeling all refreshed and honestly amped and ready to conquer the day.

I like working out now, but that does not mean that work-outs are easy to me. Instead exercise is tough on me. If you are obese you know how hard it can be on the body and how much it can hurt after a good workout—no matter how excited you are about the grueling workout soreness is soreness.
