breastfeeding but have a lot of weight to move

I am nd baby 5. He is 6 weeks old. I put on 20 kg approx 40lb during pregnancy and was already approx 30lb 15kg overweight. I have started walking but problem is getting sugar hits I don't eat enough then resort in sugar binge. I need to work hard on that but my bigest problem is toning as this was my 5th c-section and I have developed a rotton apron what can o do to get a decent body back what's the best toning work outs from home
