Does anyone double up on levels? I just started it and at the end of level one I feel like doing more. Also I was thinking of doing all three levels just 3 days a week instead of doing the 20 minutes everyday. Would this way still produce similar results?

Woah. I couldn't imagine doing that. I can barely get through level 1, good for you! Go for it if you can!

I would do it. I cant see it harming you in anyway.
I did level 1 the other day for the first time , it was way to easy for me. then I did level 2. that was a little more challenging to me. I think it just depends on where you are in your fitness level . Good luck! :flowerforyou:

I think if this is your only form of exercise and you dont plan on working out at all the other 4 days a week, I wouldnt do that. I think you should get some form of exercise at least 4 days a week.
  • I do cardio an hour 3-5 days a week. I run and do the stairmaster at the gym.
