NSV - Ran my first 5K!

Awesome!!! Running is addicting! I started with wanting to run 5k without stopping and now I'm loving half marathons!!! Don't know about FULL marathons. . .I'm only half crazy!!!

There is a 5 mile zoo run on October 14th, if you are interested. I just signed up for the Apple Jack 5 miler in Nebraska City this morning. It's on September 15th. I was going to do the Corporate Cup, but I couldn't find a team to join, and the Apple Jack festival sounds fun. Congrats on completing the Glow Run! I had a blast last night, too!
