Help! Need workout/calorie advice!!

I feel like this is my consistent weekly/weekend pattern - but I had a very high caloric night last night (drinking and snacking) and am curious what the best way to handle today is... Should I resume like normal, eat my regular meals, maybe workout and just go about my normal routine (which is what I have always done in the past) or should I do something different today and "shock it" so that my body burns the extra calories from yesterday? I find that sometimes if I am way over my calories and don't work out the next day, I don't miss a beat. Other times I feel like I have to work extra hard throughout the next week to make up for it... I really don't want the later, I did really good last week and don't want to ruin my good progress. Please help!

One bad day never killed anybody. But frustration over a bad day has derailed many a persons fitness plans. Don't worry about it.

Sounds like you go off regularly on the weekends. That actually could be a problem, and the best solution is to average it in. So if you eat (or drink) 1000 calories too much every Saturday night, set your daily calories 140 calories less than you normally would do each day. That way by week's end, you should have the deficit you wanted and still be on track to lose weight, even with your Saturday night binges.

Well last night was heavier drinking than the norm but I do typically drink some on the weekends - thank you so much for the advice, I'll adjust for it during the week.
