Maintenance?

Hi, I have seen a few people mention that they are on 'maintenance' now and just wondered; does that mean when you've lost the weight you want, you are just trying to keep it off?

Yes. Once you hit your goal you are trying to 'maintain' your current weight, hence the term maintainance.0

Yup! I have my calculator set to maintain my current weight. I now use it to keep track of what I am eating and not go overboard.
I am working with a personal trainer to tone up now, so the weight will fluctuate of course, but I think I am on the right track for my end goal.
