30 Day Shred Level 2

I've owned the 30 Day Shred dvd for over a year. I've done level 1 for a week now and then, but I always get off track before I get to level 2.
Well, I've been working really hard lately. I've been running three times a week and doing 30 DS level 1 twice a week for three weeks. I've lost almost 2 pounds, and I decided I was finally ready for level 2. I felt like I was going to die, and it was awesome!
I just wanted to share my excitement/exhaustion and my slight progress with everyone!

I'm going to start level 2 today and I hope it's similar to level 1! But I'm ready to challenge myself and feel the burn.0

I love the 30 day shred. It's only 20 minutes and I can do it from home without needing anymore equipment than lil hand weights, haha0
