Vitamins and Supplements.

I am creating this thread to get some opinions about daily vitamin use. Typically when I am dieting (or eating healthy, rather) I take a multivitamin, spirulina, a calcium, magnesium, & vitamin D pill, and sometimes an iron vitamin if I am bruising a lot (I tend to be anemic at times). So, I'm curious what other vitamins I should possibly consider taking (in addition to or in replacement of another vitamin) to enhance my well-being and weight loss success. I am thinking of including an Omega-3 vitamin, but am not sure if it's necessary.

I'd love to hear what people think and/or what vitamins others take on a daily basis.

    I've spoken to nutritionists and doctors about this. If you eat healthy, you may not even need a multi, but many people need fish oils still.

    I will take my multi pack every other day or so but take my fish oils daily
