Any idea which soy sauces are low in sodium and preferably available in the UK?

I need a replacement for the one I use now, just realised how much salt it contains and I cook with it all the time too. :/

Braggs Aminos is supposed to be a good substitute for soy sauce. It's no sodium I think, and I know people that use it. I haven't though so I can't give an honest answer that it's a good substitute.

sun33082 thanks but I don't think it's available in UK shops. I have found this recipe though and am thinking of giving it a try:

Both Kikkoman and Amoy do low sodium soy sauces that are available in most supermarkets in the UK, I've not looked at the actual salt amounts in each though but might be worth a look to see if they would suit
  • The Kikkoman low sodium is probably the best on the market right now. And if you use our all natural low sodium sea salt, you'll be able to really cut back on your sodium intake. You can find it at www.oceansflavor.com
