Got a wake up call when I stepped on the scale. Like 7-8 lbs in 2 weeks. When I stepped on the scale. I went Google and found this awesome site. I just walked 45 minutes this morning with my dog. I have my meals planned for the day. YAY!! for me. Good Luck to all.
