So going to the movies with my husband. He always orders popcorn with extra butter.
Since I will not be eating that.:noway:
What do you all take or buy at the movie theater that will not leave me calorie depleted for the rest of the day?
what do you do?

I went to a movie on Tuesday, had a Medium Coke and a Medium popcorn all to myself, ate every bite, and still lost weight this week...the couple days after were a little bloated, but no worries.

I didn't eat much else that day, though. I was stuffed.

I sneak in popcorn without butter :p
A chocolate bar, if you know how many calories is in it, is OK if it's your treat.
Sneak in small packs of candy/nuts/etc.

I like to bring my own snacks in a zip lock bag such as air popped popcorns, caramel rice cakes, mini candy bars maybe two no more than three & a bottle of water. I know it sounds cheap, but if I buy things from the movies I will over do it! Hope this helps :)

I never actually eat when I go to the movies. I'd say maybe a few nuts ?

I eat a small popcorn, no salt and no butter. Or I bring in apple slices or carrots or grapes or strawberries. It depends really on whether I want to pay the $10 for a small popcorn or not. :)

I usually bring ranch/cheese/caramel rice cakes so I'm not tempted to get other stuff.
