Hi!

Hi everyone, my name is Casey.

I'm currently a senior in college. I'll be getting my bachelors in Nutritional Sciences in the spring. I've been overweight all my life, and finally decided that it was time to change that. My goal is to lose at least 75 lbs by July--just in time for graduation. Even if I don't reach that goal, just getting down to smaller percentage of body fat will be good enough for me.

I started P90X in July, and I just finished Day 24. I know P90X is not a weight loss program, and I started it knowing that. But I want to be able to trim off some fat and tone up, and since my mother had it laying around the house, I figured I would give it a shot. It's not all that easy, but I'm hanging in there.

It's going to be quite the journey (even after reaching my goal), but I know I'll have one heck of a ride. I'm ready to show the world what I can do, and I hope I can get this board's support. :)
