Help with Food Combos

I really need help with food combos and keeping my calories in tact. Atm I want to stay at 1200 calories no matter what or barely under!

I can list the foods I like..

Chicken
Beef
Some fish
Pork

Field Peas
Purple Hulled Peas
Black Eyes Peas
Limas
Chilli Beans
Lettuce
Cucumbers
Eggplant
Cooked Tomatoes ( only)
Corn
Some chilli peppers
Bell Peppers
Carrots
Brocolli
squash
onions
mushrooms
potatoes

wheat breads and noodles

cheeses

and thats all I can think of this quick

    throw all of it together and you've got one hell of a stew or soup. :)

    I use chicken breast and chicken stock (the healthier kind) through in some baby limas or butter beans (to me they are the same thing) with some bow tie pasta and make chicken noodle soup.

    Seems to me you are missing the glory of all that is Asian, Greek, Czech, Indian, Portuguese, Spanish, Singaporean, and so much more.

    thank ya'll and I love asian dishes! I have wanted to try some indian dishes but that sort of food isnt popular around here.

    Doesnt have to be popular around anywhere.... Get like Nike and just "Do It"


    By the way, if the southern folks of Alabama can handle the heat from chili peppers, you can handle the heat of most Indian dishes - in fact it will be a walk in the park!
