Peanutty Spread - biggest loser
Peanutty Spread
9 oz tofu (*I like the extra firm*)
1/3 cup peanut butter (*I use the PB2, powdered peanut butter*)
4 tsp. honey
2 tsp lime juice (*I use lemon juice and you can't tell the difference)
**add a little water if it's too thick**
++I this stuff, so I make 3 batches at once++ ...
2 packages of firm tofu
1 jar of PB2
1/4 cup honey (plus a little extra, since there is more tofu)
7 tsp lemon juice
i'm craving this just typing it :bigsmile:

not yet, but I got some fresh tofu (mine's been in the freezer for a while so I figured that would throw off the texture) today to make it tonight!
I'm pretty excited about it. :laugh:0 -
I just made this. :noway: YUM.
I did use a little extra honey (I used 2 tbs which I think is 6 tsp) & used lemon juice instead of lime. I used firm tofu.
I came up with about 85 calories per 50 gram serving the way I made it.
So, I'll be putting this on pretty much everything now. :laugh: Thanks!0 -
