Water and bloating?

I'm trying to increase my water intake up to 15-16 glasses a day. I thought it would help my skin and water-weight loss and bloating. So far, my skin looks better already, but I'm bloated beyond normal, and I've actually "gained" a pound over night. My lips are also suddenly very dry. What's going on? Too much water?

    There is such a thing as "too much" water. Try cutting back to 8 - 10 glasses a day and see if that helps!

    Absolutely. And remember a 'glass' is 8 oz, which is a very SMALL glass.
